Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Lead Generator role on behalf of a well-established Insurance Broker.
The role will involve identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of our client base. If you thrive in prospecting and relationship-building, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound sales calls and targeted email campaigns to potential customers within our specialised schemes and affinity groups.
- Leverage existing marketing materials to effectively engage and attract new clients
- Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective customers through telephone, social media, and email communication
- Independently generate prospect data and research contact information using existing databases.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients by maintaining organised and accurate records.
- Work closely with the New Business teams to align strategies and target specific markets within the schemes and affinities sector
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a proactive sales or lead generation role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Track record of successfully generating leads and building strong client relationships.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a focus on understanding client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software for client management and lead tracking is a plus, but not essential.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
Location: Remote (Required in their London office 1 day per month)
Salary - £25,000-£35,000pa + Commission
