Description
- Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to the general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
- Developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying and reporting financial information.
- Establishing and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Overseeing budget preparation and the implementation of budgets.
- Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
- Creating and establishing yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
- Serving as a key member of the executive leadership team and round table discussion panel.
- Participating in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models.
Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a finance department.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
- An analytical mind with a strategic capability.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £80,000-£85,000 per year, with a car allowance included.
