Hours: 40 - 8HRS per day - Monday to Friday. Start times varied
Salary: £23,795.20

The main purpose of the SD Operations Team is to TRACK, CHECK and PROTECT our customer information at all times.
To carry out safe and careful physical and mechanical handling of customer records and provide a high standard of storage, indexing and retrieval services in accordance with the Operations Procedures Manual.
You will be responsible for collecting documents from customer sites and transporting them securely for destruction. Working solo or with a driver's assistant, you'll enjoy interacting with your customers and delivering great customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loading and unloading your vehicle at customer sites and our depot
- Collecting confidential information and materials
- Providing updates to team members, working collaboratively with the warehouse and production teams
- Driving one of our well-maintained vans, ensuring material is safe and secure
- Ensuring excellent customer service and building relationships
- Carrying out daily vehicle inspections
ABOUT YOU
- Full UK driving licence - Clean
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Willingness to listen and learn and ask for help if needed
- Driving safely at all time
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift sacks weighing up to 35kg throughout the day
