I am presenting a fantastic client, looking for a secretary to join their team on a permanent basis.

My client has an urgent need and will move quickly with the recruitment process.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Legal Secretary in Newcastle upon Tyne. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for performing various tasks including legal document preparation, providing assistance to lawyers, utilising clerical skills, and managing diaries.

EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of law and legal procedures
  • Experience in legal document preparation such as contracts and transfers
  • Knowledge on how to use a case management system
  • Experience of dealing with HMLR and HMRC portals as well as lender portals.
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
