You will be responsible for taking ownership of a panel of brokers in the region and focusing on the development of new broker relationships underwriting various lines of business.
You will be personally responsible for proactively underwriting business and driving the growth of your broker accounts with a view to developing the relationship and increasing the amount of business underwritten from these brokers.
