Team Assistant - Japanese Speaking - 12 Month Temp Contract

Salary: £19.78 - 21.97ph - (equivalent to £36,000 - £40,000)
Based: St Paul's - City
A trading and investment company based in St Paul's are looking for an Team Assistant on a temporary basis for 12 months. You will be providing vital support to the general affairs teams, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Looking for experienced Administrative/Team Assistants that are immediately available and Japanese speaking.
The role of the Team Assistant:
- Mange the administration for the department, from handling payments and monthly reporting to setting up new starters
- Organise and maintain essential documents and files
- Oversee and track various tasks, including managing assets and supplies
- Streamline communication with service providers, manage invoices and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and activities
- Handle incoming emails
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in BOTH English and Japanese
- Previous experience as Administrative Assistant
- Strong computer skills required, including all Microsoft packages
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Organised and structured mindset
- Team player, courteous and professional
