Credit Controller
Leeds (4 days in office, 1 from home)
Up to £32,000 per annum
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Credit Controller to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients business by effectively managing debt exposure and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and releasing customer orders.
- Ensuring timely payments from debtors and contacting customers for overdue payments.
- Logging and resolving disputed invoices or account queries.
- Assessing the creditworthiness of customers, including running external credit reports.
- Collaborating with external debtors and internal colleagues as required.
- Handling other ad hoc tasks as requested.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with credit assessment tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Package:
