Communications Manager
London - Westminster
£50,000k per annum
Cobalt is delighted to partner with one of the UK's leading residential property companies. They are seeking a Communications Manager to join their fast-paced team, someone who is passionate and proactive about creating content and managing communications both internally and externally.
Core responsibilities:
- All internal and external communications supporting PR, corporate communications and customer campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver important messages
- Report to the internal board and senior management about projects and engagement.
- Take the lead on website launches, activity and producing materials to promote engagement.
- Become the social media and website guardian, create impactful content attracting audiences.
- Be accountable for own professional development and continuous improvement.
- Create internal newsletter, exploring how this can be reviewed and promoted in various content.
Personal Requirements
- Experience within a communications role, ideally within the Property or Real Estate industry however not essential.
- Experience of producing web content and managing an organisation's social media presence.
- A good communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to the audience.
- A flair for creative writing on a variety of topics with excellent content/copy writing skills.
- Experience of design software and of designing communications/marketing material (you will be asked to provide examples of documents or websites you have designed).
- Ability to present communication strategies to the board and implementing them across the business.
- Excellent understanding of digital marking (SEO, paid ads, email campaigns)
- Proficient in using all Microsoft office package.
- Hawk- eye attention to detail.
