Bristol: Commercial Lawyer (Associate / Senior Associate) 4-8PQE. £82,500-100,000 DOE.
Our Top100 client, a leading organisation in the legal industry, is currently looking for a talented and experienced Commercial lawyer to join their team. As a Commercial lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with industry leaders, contributing to groundbreaking and high-profile matters. This vacancy would be suitable for Commercial lawyers who have experience and an interest in commercial contracts.
Our client's team is known for their expertise in advising clients across various sectors, including retail, food & drink, media, sport, hotels, leisure, healthcare, and financial services, including high quality national and international clients such as John Lewis, Virgin, Waitrose and Yeo Valley.
Their work involves:
- Drafting and advising on commercial contracts such as distribution and agency agreements,
- Negotiating commercial contracts,
- Providing regulatory advice such as consumer contracts,
- and supporting broader transactions.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have relevant experience in non-contentious commercial contracts.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
- Be able to manage a diverse workload and be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Have previous experience in leading others to enhance their skills and knowledge will be considered a plus.
- Be a registered lawyer with either the SRA or Law Society of Scotland.
