German Customer Care Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is committed to delivering best-in-class customer service from enquiry to delivery and beyond. The ideal candidate will delight customers by providing operational and technical support for the our clients product range. If you are fluent in English and German, with proficiency in French this is a great opportunity to utilise your skills

Day to Day of the role:

  • Respond accurately to customer enquiries within expected timescales.
  • Provide accurate technical customer support.
  • Coordinate the return and replacement process efficiently.
  • Initiate or renew service contracts in liaison with customers.
  • Work with service providers to ensure timely and value-added logistics services.
  • Supply first response failure mode data to the Repair team
  • Assist with direct sales when required or appropriate.
  • Prepare quotes and process orders into the business system.
  • Prepare and provide export documentation as needed.
  • Utilize business systems to report, record, and support all processes.
  • Conduct periodic customer surveys to measure operational excellence
  • Perform any other tasks as required by the line manager, within the reasonable boundaries of skillset.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in spoken English and German; French fluency is a plus.
  • Good written ability across all qualifying languages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar business systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
