On offer is the exciting opportunity to because a key member of an international company. They design bespoke luxury interiors for high-end residential properties, whether that be a villa on Lake Como or new sky rise apartments in Dubai, they are never short on noteworthy projects.
In this role you will be managing all aspects of a co-ordination. You will be liaising with the Dubai office to ensure the logistics and vendors are organised. You will be supporting with IT and system issues to ensure smooth day to day operations.
The ideal Office Manager will have experience in all aspects of office management and co-ordination. You will be IT literate and be able to support should you be needed on basic IT troubleshooting.
The role
- Liaising with Vendors and the Dubai office
- Co-ordinating the logistics
- Supporting on basic IT troubles
The person
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar position
- Great organisation and communication
- Commutable to Weybridge
