We are seeking an Aspiring Child Psychologist to work as a teaching assistant in schools across Hastings. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience working directly with children, supporting their academic, emotional, and social development. Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Classroom Activities: Assist in daily classroom tasks, helping students stay focused, engaged, and on track with their learning.

  • Assisting with Behavioural Management: Work alongside teachers to address any behavioural challenges and maintain a positive, productive learning environment.

  • Promoting an Inclusive Environment: Ensure all students, regardless of background or ability, feel supported and included in their learning experience.
