We are currently recruiting for a
part time Project Worker
to join a housing association in the East Midlands. This role will aim to provide support to the venerable.

: £17-£19hr via umbrella
The Project Worker will be responsible for:
- Carrying out pre-tenancy interviews
- Promoting independence with all customers
- Be first point of contact for tenants
- Arrange any repairs and monitor quality in all schemes
- Complete health and safety, fire safety assessments
- Advice tenants with money management/benefit issues
The ideal Project Worker will have to be:
- From a supported housing background or previous experience
- Good communication and leadership skills. Be able to show compassion and support to the venerable
- Experience in helping people apply for benefits to maximise their income
- Beneficial to have a full UK driving licence
We are also interested in seeing cvs from TSO, Supported Housing Officer, Housing officer.
