20 - 25 hours a week, based in the office

Can be over three or four days 10 am to 3pm or two/three longer days (very flexible)

Great, this could be your perfect opportunity to use all of those skills and more in a part-time role based in Clifton, Bristol (so that's IN THE OFFICE for your working hours, which as already stated, can be super flexible)

An amazing opportunity has arisen for the role of a part-time Brand Executive/Marketing and Social Media Executive working as part of a small, dynamic team in the Clifton Office.

Within this role you will manage a new luxury brand due to launch online. This luxurious brand will require original creative social media content, organising photo shoots, liaising with influencers and agents. The business is a fast moving health & wellbeing company supplying consumer focused brands to UK largest retailers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, Boots, Superdrug, Look Fantastic, Sephora to name a few.

The company is expanding rapidly both in the UK and Overseas and now they are now looking to increase the team to help with the extra demands on the business.

Key duties:

  • Creating marketing plan
  • Collaborating with the MD, marketing manager, sales team and external partners such as copywriters on the marketing strategy
  • Creating and updating original social media content via TiKTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
  • Launching new products, preparing copy for packs, keeping products data up to date
  • Creating marketing materials such as presentations
  • Understanding company products and brands
  • General office duties
  • Creating and interpreting a variety of reports

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly, effectively, and professionally at all levels.
  • Proven digital marketing experience using social media channels.• Working with luxury consumer brands an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while paying strict attention to detail.
  • A confident demeanour and ability to thrive in a busy, team-orientated environment.
  • The ability to use own initiative when there is ambiguity.• High level of accuracy required.
