Marketing Manager - Membership Body

Our client, a reputable, and well-regarded Membership Body is currently recruiting for an Interim Marketing Manager. The purpose of the role for the rest of the year is to focus on membership recruitment campaigns, and event marketing to increase delegate numbers.
Duties:
- Work on effective marketing campaigns to drive growth in membership
- Work on effective marketing campaigns for upcoming events
- To use market research to inform the marketing activity
- To work closely with the assigned marketing agency regarding marketing materials, and campaigns.
- To deliver effective marketing of membership benefits, training, events, accreditation and other activities to a range of audiences and segments
- To provide engaging copywriting content
- To raise awareness of the organisation and its activities for members and other stakeholders
- Evaluate the communications journey and marketing collateral and ensure consistency of branding
- To track and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- To provide marketing support for business projects
- To provide day to day marketing support for colleagues
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the post
Skills and Experience
- Previous marketing experience for a membership organisation
- Using data analysis to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience liaising with an external marketing organisation
- Thoughtful, meticulous and ethical approach
- Interest in social justice issues
