We work with a professional services company in Sheffield. Established, successful and expanding. They are looking for a very smartly presented administrator who will also be in charge of reception.
Your new role
You will be the first person clients visiting the business will meet. You will also take care of all calls and redirect to the right member of staff, as well as take detailed messages. It is essential that you have worked in this kind of role in the past. You will make sure everyone feels welcome, prepare the meeting rooms, undertake various administrative duties for the senior leadership team, you will work on Excel spreadsheets, so it is imperative that you have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. This will be a varied, full-time and fast-paced position.
