Retail Supervisor
Location: Chartham, Kent
Status: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £11.66 per hour

The Role:
As Retail Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chartham store, ensuring it runs smoothly and successfully. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and exceeding financial targets to support the organisation's mission
- Scheduling staff and volunteers to keep the store fully operational
- Stock management and merchandising to maintain an attractive, well-stocked store
- Selecting and ordering stock from our distribution centre as needed
- Training and managing volunteers, fostering an engaging team environment
- Administrative and security tasks including cash handling, policy enforcement, and health & safety compliance
- Driving Gift Aid scheme, encouraging donor contributions
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) based at our Chartham store. While your core hours will follow a regular schedule, flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends is required.
