Your work environment
- This position can be based either in the Southwest or Southeast of England. You will be required to travel across the UK to support other projects.

Your mission
- Maintain open lines of communication with the Geotechnical team regarding the progress of the project and relevant developments
- Supervision & management of the safe, efficient delivery of geotechnical works' to an excellent technical standard
- Supervise & mentor the project team as appropriate to develop others
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the Client, the supply chain and third parties
- Maintain high levels of personal safety and environmental standards, implementing safe systems of work on site
- Monitoring of project costs & reporting change both internally and to the Client
- Awareness of project and business goals and able to relay these to the project team to increase workforce engagement with business
Who are we looking for?
Required
- Experience in delivering geotechnical works' (piling, soil nailing, ground anchors, grouting etc)
- competence at management and supervision of project teams
- communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
