Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers and understand their requirements to maximize sales opportunities.·
- Account management of existing in-house customers, whilst finding and building new accounts.
- Follow up on quotations to ensure the customer and give the customer accurate lead in times and product information.
- Dealing with customer queries relating to quotations; account status, price and specification would typically be the main items to cover with the customer.
- Sales and administrative support for the wider sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment - experience of the construction, building materials and fire safety services industry would be beneficial to any applicant
- Experience working in an internal sales / account management position.
- It is preferable that the candidate has experience using a CRM system and is competent using Excel.
