This credit control position has become available due to internal promotion displaying their desire to promote and support their employees internally.
What will you be doing?
- Liaising with other departments to ensure an efficient service
- Ensuring debts are paid within the outlined terms
- Maintaining regular and consistent contact with clients to build positive relationships
- Supporting other members of the team with ad hoc duties
- Resolving queries promptly
What skills are we looking for?
- Previous solid experience in a credit control position
- Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to listen to clients and negotiate
- Able to maintain a professional manner at all times
- Confident to speak with clients over the phone
