What is expected?
- Oversee daily production, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Plan, monitor, and improve production schedules.
- Champion safety, quality, and efficiency across the board.
- Lead and develop your team to meet KPIs and hit deadlines.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
The main focus of the role will be overseeing the efficient running and control of the production operation along with managing a team.
You will play a vital role in ensuring high quality standards are maintained working in a collaborative setting alongside a supportive & talented senior management team.
This is a strategic role managing the planning, coordination and general management of production along with leading from the front with a 'hands on' approach' fostering an ethos of excellence.

- Proven management experience in production or manufacturing.
- Strong people skills—able to coach, lead, and inspire a team.
- Confident problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of warehouse systems and strong IT skills.
- A hands-on leader who's ready to roll up their sleeves when needed.
- Exposure of lean working practices and methodologies would be advantageous.
