Reed is recruiting on behalf of a leading firm of chartered surveyors based in Leeds city centre. Our client is looking for a dedicated Business Support Personnel to provide essential support to their dynamic and fast-moving operations across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property or professional services such as law or finance.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organising documents
  • Type and proofread various documents to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in maintaining office organisation and efficiency
  • Computerise information for easy access and retrieval
  • Demonstrate proper phone etiquette in all communications
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data entry processes
  • Strong clerical skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Efficient typing skills
  • Familiarity with office procedures and organizational tasks
  • Ability to computerise information effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is highly advantageous
