The ideal Credit Control Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Manage and develop team to maximise collections
- Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and solve complex issues
- Create clear reports and manage team's bad debt provision
- Represent the team in client meeting
The ideal Credit Control Supervisor will have:
- Supervisory/team leader experience in law firm – essential
- Experience with financial systems and leading change.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
