We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our Human Resources department in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry based in Manchester.

Description

The key responsibilities of an HR Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Coordinate HR administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Provide support to HR team members and staff, fostering positive relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and initiatives.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and across departments.
  • Stay current on industry trends in HR and the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • An educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative skills and an organised approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong understanding of HR principles and their application in the workplace.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.

  • Ability to commute to Manchester.
