£48/hr - Pod Social Worker (South West England)

We're currently recruiting around the South West, looking for experienced social workers to join a Children's team. With a fully remote pattern, this job pays an incredible rate of £48/hr, alongside taking into account your comfort.
About the role:
- Mostly remote
- Weekly contributions to travel and accommodation
- Family and Assessment team, completing assessments, holding CIN plans and progressing cases to ICPC if appropriate.
- 37 hours a week
- Not many legacy cases, 70% of the cases are between 0 - 6 months
- Less of a focus on court work in light of a seperate team taking on those responsibilities

What you'll bring to the table:
- At least 1 year post-qualifying experience as a social worker
- Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
