Our client who works within an exciting and fast-paced sector are seeking an IT Assistant who can quickly grasp the business requirements applying technical solutions where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- First line support. Making sure all issues and questions coming to IT support for UK but also globally are getting addressed
- Training of and writing documentation for end-users.
- Maintenance and monitoring of servers and endpoints
- Procurement and configuration of new equipment
- Onboarding and offboarding users
- Support on local and global IT projects
Experience and Skills Requirements:
Knowledge of or a keen interest in learning the following:
