Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Implement and maintain predictive maintenance programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest innovative solutions to technical challenges
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to other members
Required Qualifications:
- HNC/HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Multi Skilled Engineer in an industrial setting
- Proven expertise in electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read technical drawings
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with robotic systems and automation
- Familiarity with energy efficiency practices in industrial settings
- Strong IT skills, including experience with CAD software
