Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Implement and maintain predictive maintenance programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest innovative solutions to technical challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other members

Required Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Multi Skilled Engineer in an industrial setting
  • Proven expertise in electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read technical drawings

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience with robotic systems and automation
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency practices in industrial settings
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with CAD software
