Role Overview:
As a Sponsorship Sales Manager within the Digital Marketing Division, you'll manage and expand Tier 1 accounts for two major events focused on digital marketing and affiliate marketing. This role involves sourcing new business, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and sponsors.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and attract Tier 1 clients.
  • Record activities accurately in Salesforce and meet KPI targets.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in sponsorship sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • An effective negotiator with a track record of closing sales.
