We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Property Services to join our teams at our office in Sidcup. This role is for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday and you'll be based at our Sidcup office.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential for the successful applicant to hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Reporting to the Group Director of Property Services you will lead and manage property development and housing services within the organisation.

You will specifically oversee housing services provided within the group: and that these are delivered to a high standard of quality, and comply with legislative, and contractual standards; to review, manage and negotiate housing agreements to provide best value to the charity and its beneficiaries; and identify and secure new properties to support future our future activities.

Through leadership of a customer focussed team you'll ensure the services provided meet customer expectations, statutory obligations and provide value for money for the charity.
