Social Media and Digital Content Creator

About The Role
You will be working Monday to Friday, may need to work weekends or late nights if required, 10:00 to 17:00, 35 hours per week, on a temporary, part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Digital

  • Day to day capture, creation, management, and delivery of content for all social media and digital channels, specifically to build credibility in fashion and beauty and to support our events engagement.
  • Ensure all social media opportunities are identified and exploited to effectively manage feedback that supports the Centre's overall strategies.
  • Implement the relevant software packages to effectively manage social media analytics.
  • Ensure social media feedback is managed effectively 24/7.
  • Convert digital engagement to footfall and spend.

Events and Promotions

  • Capture and create social media posts to help drive awareness of all centre:mk events, build experience and social media engagement

Email Marketing

  • Create engaging and compelling email marketing to the customer database.
  • Work within all data protection requirements.

People Management

  • Build strong cross department relationships to maximize cooperation and impact of marketing activities.

Other

  • Input to all relevant reports submitted by the due date.
  • Undertaking any other ad-hoc activities as directed

Person Specification/Requirements

  • Adept at using all forms of social media, especially Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube
  • Creative, with the ability to take good quality photographs and video for use on social media
  • Ability to capture, edit and enhance photography and video content
  • Of graduate calibre or equivalent qualifications
  • Familiar with social media reporting analytics
  • Keen interest and understanding of fashion, beauty, and retail.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with partnership agencies, key stakeholders, and management team.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer and results focused.
  • Ability to work some weekends and evenings when required.
  • 35 hours a week
