Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives? Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Worker to join our team. As part of a Foyer service, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to empower our clients to develop the skills necessary for independent living.
- Shift work including evenings, weekends (subject to service requirements)
- Contribute, as appropriate, to special programs and projects in support of the Group's objectives
- Deliver one to one support, to include risk and needs assessments and support plans
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in support work and youth support
- Demonstrated expertise in tenancy sustainment
- Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in safeguarding and risk assessment
- Relevant qualification in social services or related field
- An enhanced DBS check
