Are you an HR Advisor/ Generalist, or Business Partner looking for that next move in your career? You will have strong Employee Relations experience with a style of HR that is very people facing, successfully coaching and mentoring stakeholders to ensure they are effective in the application of HR and People Management.

My client is a multiple award-winning IT Infrastructure Solutions Provider who works with its customers to enable the adoption of relevant technology, across several industry sectors whilst partnering with the best IT manufacturers across the world. The Role

The HR Partner (HRP) is responsible for implementing and driving HR initiatives in line with the overall People Strategy. Working closely with the wider People Services Team, this role is responsible for overseeing core HR processes ensuring the effective application of these are applied across all functions. The HRP will offer support and guidance to key stakeholders, ensuring managers are competent and confident in the application of HR and People Management. You will continuously be striving for improvement, offering ideas on how the function can evolve and how HR can best add value.

They are looking for a strong employee relations expert, somebody who can lead, advise and transact HR through the accurate implementation of their policies, procedures and best practice, in line with employment law.

What you will be doing?

Your main responsibilities will include;

  • Developing HR Objectives and KPIs in line with the people strategy
  • Managing ER matters
  • Ensuring all HR policies and processes are effective and fit for purpose
  • HR Reporting and analysis - identifying hotspots and areas of improvement, working with the Head of HR and Recruitment to develop a strategy to improve
  • Development and coaching of Line Managers around HR best practice
  • Lead on ongoing change management projects
  • Project Management of core HR initiatives
  • Providing support to the Core HR team and wider people services team (including recruitment, reward and remuneration and learning and development), where applicable
  • Work closely with the business to improve relationships, build morale and increase productivity and contribute to our retention goals

What is needed?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced command of all MS Office applications
  • Previous business partnering experience
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Extensive Employee Relations Experience
  • CIPD L5 or above (or equivalent)

  • Professional Coaching Certification
  • Project Management Certification
