This role is Hybrid. It's not 100% remote, but it's as close as it gets - Let's explain WHY.

Why are we posting in Cheshire? Well, we work remotely as a business, but many of our senior team travel to the UK, and two are based there. We hold a lot of meetings in Cheshire, so there is a possibility of regular work together. Therefore, we are starting in that area and working our way out. If you feel you can come and attend meetings in Cheshire (a commutable distance), then great!

We work on a simple rule when hiring: "Remote" is Work from Anywhere & NO Office EVER. "Hybrid" is Work from Home, But sometimes we meet up. "Office" is 100% in the office, but we don't really ever do that ;) - That's why we say this is Hybrid.
