Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a track record in interior fit-out and refurbishment projects?

We are seeking a confident and skilled communicator to join the dynamic Interiors division of a global organisation following an acquisition 2 years ago.

Due to the success of this acquisitions has resulted in some big tenders won for the interiors arm of the business.

This role requires a professional adept at fostering strong relationships with clients and consultants, and capable of managing projects in the value of £100K-£5m across predominantly the Midlands and London, with occasional national assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pre-construction processes, including cost planning and detailed budgeting.
  • Collaborate with site management and fellow Project Managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct site inspections, uphold quality control, and generate comprehensive cost tracking reports.
  • Engage in building surveys and analyses, contributing to the company's high standards of project execution.

Requirements:

  • Previous refurb/fit-out experience is essential.
  • Experience as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager or similar site project experience is essential
  • Experience in cost control, procurement, and contract management.
  • Experience of JCT Contracts is a big plus
  • Will be confident in assisting with client pitching
  • Must have a strong knowledge of HVAC systems and M&E
  • Use of AutoCAD or Revit is a big plus but not essential
  • A commitment to maintaining safety standards in collaboration with H&S managers/consultants.
