My Gloucestershire based client has a new opportunity for a customer service advisor within the service team. You will be providing support for both customers and engineers.
Location- Gloucestershire
Hours- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
42.5 hours- £12-13 per hour
Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent.
Due to the location, you need to have access to a vehicle
Duties
- Responding to incoming service requests and technical queries
- Communicating with customers
- Scheduling engineers and planning updating in house systems
- Liaising with sub -contractors
- Checking parts and stock
