The HR Business Partner will deliver a comprehensive range of HR services aligned with the HR strategy, supporting the achievement of ‘Top Company Objectives' through strategic HR interventions. This role is central to fostering a cohesive relationship between HR and business operations, championing the HR perspective in business and vice versa.
Role Responsibilities
- HR Partnership: Collaborate with business units to proactively add HR value aligned with specific business needs.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Advise managers on HR policies, ensuring legal and company standards are met in all HR matters.
- Performance & Salary Reviews: Drive performance, salary, and team reviews within the designated scope.
- Cultural Development: Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Employee Relations: Partner with Employee Relations to manage social climate and maintain a constructive dialogue with Social Partners.
- Change Management: Support teams in change initiatives, focusing on the human aspects, with guidance from the Leadership & Culture Change CoC.
- Talent & Mobility: Champion people development and mobility, networking to uncover new opportunities for staff.
- Disciplinary & Grievance Support: Assist managers with disciplinary and grievance processes in collaboration with Employee Relations as needed.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions on HR policies and initiatives, such as capability, performance, and absence management.
- Absence Management: Monitor and address absence trends, collaborating with Occupational Health and managers to improve attendance.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Conduct recruitment interviews, assist with Graduate and Apprentice assessments, and ensure high onboarding standards in collaboration with CoEs and Reward Operations.
- Data Management: Compile monthly Data Packs and reports, covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, absence, and key HR updates.
- Redeployment & Redundancy Support: Facilitate redeployment and redundancy processes, supported by Employee Relations.
- Project Management: Lead transversal HR projects as required.
