Tate recruitment have jined with a global Pharmacuticals company, who are looking for a Knowledge Management Change & Comms Manager to join their team for a 6 month contract.

  • Fully Remote- based in UK
  • Start date: 28th of October
  • Contract Length: 6 months
  • Rate £600 daily

Job Purpose:

The Knowledge Management Change & Comms Manager works closely with key stakeholders to lead the design, development and delivery of change management initiatives for knowledge management solutions.

The Change & Comms Manager excels at influencing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels and equipping them to ensure successful adoption and engagement throughout business transformations.

You Will:

  • Lead, drive and deliver change management and communication strategies in collaboration with customers and vendors to enable successful awareness and adoption of knowledge management solutions.
  • Take ownership of engagements and act proactively around strategy, delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Be responsible for creating change deliverables (including training plans and materials, business cases, communications and comms plans, etc.) and delivering associated activities (workshops, trainings, presentations, newsletters).

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or related
  • 10+ years of experience leading and delivering change management in a knowledge management or business consulting context
  • Change management and communications experience with internal enterprise customers required
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and visually required
  • Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments required
