Support Worker - Harrogate

- Salary: £11.75 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in shift, plus benefits
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts)

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll be part of a close-knit team, providing essential care and support to four young adults in a homely setting. You'll help them with their daily activities, personal care, and encourage them to live as independently as possible. You'll also have the opportunity to join them on community outings, day trips, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and manual handling support.
- Engage in activities and community-based outings.
- Use a digital app called Nourish to manage care and support plans (training provided).
About You We're looking for individuals who:
- Have a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
- Have some experience in the care sector (HCA or Care Assistants are encouraged to apply).
- Live locally to Harrogate, as we prefer team members who can easily commute.
- Are open to learning and developing new skills.
