Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Providing financial information to the management team.
- Monitoring financial KPIs for the group.
- Promote the use of strong financial controls.
- Being a point of contact for financial audits.
- Assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
- Own the monthly intercompany transactions reconciliation.
- Maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Contributing to team efforts by completing ad-hoc tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Proficiency in financial software. Sage 200 experience is desirable.
- Advanced excel skills. Must have the ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience working in a multi-currency organisation (desired)
