Role: Change Manager (ITIL)
Contracting Authority: Public Sector
Contract Length: Until 31/03/2025 - likely extension
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in London or Glasgow
IR35: Inside IR35
Pay Rate: Up to £500 per day via Umbrella
Security Clearance: SC Clearance & UK Nationality
Minimum Requirement:
- Active SC Clearance
- Change Manager with experience of managing an ITIL change function
- Someone with experience in process development to mature the function
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience working in a Change Management/Enablement function.
- ITIL4 or 3 Foundation.
Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience of working in Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge and experience of project methodologies, i.e. Agile, DevOps and traditional waterfall
