Delivery Van Driver - Coatbridge
Are you a reliable and motivated driver with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a Delivery Van Driver to join our retail team in Coatbridge!
What We Offer:
- Rate of pay: £12.05 per hour
- Hours of work: Mon-Fri 06.00-13.30 or 13.30-22.00 on a rota basis
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract: Temp to Perm
- Weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and transport large items with care
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with their delivery
- Load and unload delivery vans, ensuring furniture is securely transported
- Assist with furniture assembly and placement when needed
- Working outdoors
- Heavy lifting
- 2 to 3 drops per day
Requirements:
- A full, clean UK driving licence (minimum 12 months experience)
- Strong knowledge of Coatbridge and surrounding areas
- Excellent time-management skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
- Previous delivery experience is a bonus but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good physical strength and ability to lift heavy items
