Temp to Perm Administrator

A successful and growing company in the Property and Financial Services sector are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temp to permanent basis. This role will be reporting to the Head of Operations and will involve sitting within their loans team, liaising with customers and clients in order to provide a first class experience.

This role will be best suited for a strong administrator that can thrive in a fast paced environment and ideally has existing property industry experience or a strong desire to learn.

Key Duties:

  • Manage live loans and provide excellent customer service
  • Review documents to ensure compliance with company criteria
  • Maintain accurate and organised documents
  • Deal with inbox
  • Update company project management
  • Deal with all requests from clients and process across the team

Key Skills:

  • Experience in property or finance is desired
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and work within a team
  • Well organised and self-motivated
