HR Administrator
Semley (Hybrid- 1 day in office)

Our client, a leading provider of mental health services, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join their team!
The role:
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, busy HR function with opportunity to be involved in both varied day to day work and specific projects.
- Processing new starters including, collecting ID information, and keeping necessary employees up to date
- Processing leavers within set timescales and ensuring all termination arrangements are completed
- Issuing reference requests for new starters, ensuring the completion of references within a set timescale, and chasing the candidate where necessary
- Completing employee reference requests
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Provide administrative support across the team where required
- Support the HR team with project work.
Key skills/ experience:
- A minimum of a year's relevant administrative experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and handle large volumes of work
- Ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised
- Clear understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality in all areas of work
- Ability to form strong working relationships with both managers and colleagues
- Experience of working in an HR team
- Experience working with the People HR system advantageous but not essential
