Position: Teaching Assistants (Full-Time & Ad-Hoc Cover) Location: Monmouthshire Salary: £12.82 per hour Start Date: September 2024
Reed Education is working with a Comprehensive school based in Monmouth seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our inclusive Specialist Resource Base (SRB) as Teaching Assistants. We provide specialised support for students with identified additional learning needs, allowing them to thrive alongside their peers in a mainstream setting.
Roles Available:
- Full-Time Teaching Assistants: Become an integral part of our team with a consistent schedule that supports our students' daily educational journey.
- Ad-Hoc Cover Teaching Assistants: Offer flexible support, stepping in to cover absences and provide additional assistance when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programs.
- Support students with complex needs, including severe learning difficulties, ASD, and communication challenges.
- Work collaboratively with specialist teachers, HLTAs, and external professionals.
- Contribute to a nurturing environment that promotes student well-being and learning.

Requirements:
- Experience in a teaching or support role within an educational setting is preferred.
