Daily Responsibilities:
- Forge new client relationships via phone and other communication methods.
- Conduct meetings with potential and current clients to pinpoint their hiring requirements.
- Strengthen bonds with existing clients to uncover additional business avenues.
- Employ diverse strategies to find candidates that align with client needs.
- Craft compelling job postings to attract top-tier talent.
- Interview candidates and prime them for client meetings.
- Mediate offer discussions to finalise successful candidate placements.
