Contract length: 3 Months FTC
Full time - Office 3x weekly (non negotiable)
My client are a leading Marketing Agency looking for a Business Director who specializes in Organic Social Media Campaigns and has experience with Consumer Tech Brands.
You will be reporting into the Head of Social
The Role:

  • Extensive social experience.
  • Strong relationship builder, adept at making friends and influencing people.
  • Skilled in managing upwards, ensuring the Google business lead is confident in the project's direction, informed of any issues, and has time to contribute.
  • Organized and self-sufficient; responsible for motivating the team to produce excellent work while anticipating and addressing potential obstacles to campaign success.
  • Proficient in collaborating with a Project Manager on budgets and timelines, with a thorough understanding of the processes required to deliver social campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Financially astute; capable of working with the agency team to create proposals within the client's budget and ensure successful execution.
  • Excellent communicator; able to provide clear and concise guidance to internal teams and present work effectively to clients.
  • Enthusiastic about tackling tasks, collaborating with client and agency teams, and making things happen.
  • Experienced in executing digital, social, and platform-first strategies, understanding how the brand should engage within these environments to drive interaction.
  • Experience in the retail sector is advantageous but not essential.

  • Develops trusted partnerships with senior-level clients through proven delivery success.
  • Confidently leads conversations, solves real-time problems, and acts as an escalation point for mid-level clients.
  • Skilled in paid and organic social with experience across diverse, complex multi-platform projects.
  • Leads project delivery in a social-first environment and within integrated teams.
  • Demonstrates strong commercial acumen, managing resources for profitability and growth.
  • Manages multi-level stakeholders and diverse teams in complex organizations.
  • Understands the client's strategic and business context to develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborates across capabilities to find the best social creative solutions and champions the craft.
  • Takes responsibility for larger projects, ensuring accountability for both work and process.
  • Charismatic and inspiring, fostering a fun, hardworking, and enjoyable team culture..
