Based in fantastic offices in Central Woking you will play an integral part in a friendly team where attention to detail and an methodical approach is key. The purpose of the role is to maintain and update their external systems from the central HQ.
Support Administrator Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating the central systems - ensuring that they are done with accuracy.
Liaising with system providers, ensuring any technical issues are relayed correctly
Supporting managers to update and import data
Identifying issues and provide solutions and offer 1st line support to external users
Extracting data and run reports when required
Being the first point of contact by phone and email for external users
Ensure that supplier details are kept up to date.
Maintaining online ordering platform, ensure that all information is up to date and data is inputted within agreed timeframes
Work with the HQ team to provide support as and when needed
Support Administrator Skills Needed:
At least 2 years of support experience in a data or tech driven environment
Great attention to detail
Have fantastic data and systems knowledge
Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel
Fantastic customer service skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
