Bristol - £55,000 - £60,000

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a well-known customer of ours to join and run the full life cycle of the property management system transformation project.
The project manager will play a critical role to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, including the creation and maintenance of project plans.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Managing resources, working with third parties and strategic partners to deliver to time, cost and quality
- Manage a portfolio of projects including reporting, deliverables, and benefits tracking.
- Provide best practice and advice on project management frameworks and standards for PMO and wider business.
- Ensure budgets are managed.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment to deliver the project
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
Project Manager Skills
- Great interpersonal skills to work well with your key business partners
- Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Experience in property management systems.
- Experienced in both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Experience of working within a PMO environment
- Proven experience of Business Change Techniques
- Experience in delivering projects with solutions involving both bespoke and package solutions
