Are you looking for varied EA role working for a technology start up business based in Cambridge City Centre?
Reporting to the Senior EA, you will be supporting 4 senior leaders within the business.
This role is being offered on a 12-month FTC, starting in mid-November, this gives time for a handover with the current EA going on maternity leave.
Salary range is from £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid working – 4 days on site to start with, this will move to 3 days once you are established in post.
The role:
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements - UK and International
- Develop and edit presentations
- Preparing agendas and letters
- Coordinating meetings, off-site events and VIP visits
- Taking minutes in SLT meetings
- Proof reading, sending out newsletters And supporting the Chief Marketing Officer with marketing admin duties
- Providing cover for the Senior EA when required.
About you:
- Experience of working in a technical growing start up environment would be ideal
- Expertise in all MS packages, word, excel, powerpoint, teams and zoom
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks for more than one person
- Previous experience of working as a PA / EA supporting more than one senior leader.
- Able to work in Cambridge city centre (limited parking available)
