Established over 30 years ago, this well-established lighting manufacturer have amassed a successful reputation for themselves and they are currently seeking an ambitious Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of the dept.
In this role, you'll oversee a small engineering team which you will get the chance to develop further whilst driving change to benefit the company's health & safety processes.

The role:
- Oversee a small maintenance team
- Implementing continuous improvements within the dept
- Monday - Thursday / 7am - 4.30pm, Fridays 7am - 1.15pm
- £50,000 - £60,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + Career Progression + Extra Training + Excellent Company Benefits
The person:
- Maintenance Engineering background
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Leadership experience
- H&S knowledge
